Unique and Fantastic National Identity

There are laws and rules that can govern a nation but a national culture is something that comes from the citizens of the nation. In order to foster a unique national culture, subsidies will be given to areas within the arts that show promise or greatness to promote a national identity.

Also, as a long-term goal, english will be made better, since there are so many stupid things about it.
