Free Education and Mandatory Work Period

Here I will explain how all citizens should be given the greatest feasible education with a concentration on the practical, having an understanding of the national specialty as well as a focus on innovation so that the national specialty isn't always the same thing. 

Also, how at around 16 or so, all citizens will have a "internship" period where they learn work ethic on the job doing those "undesirable" jobs. College will be free and may be specifically funded by the central bank.
