Graduating tax system and limited pay

It might would be fine to use a food voucher system but better to have a currency as it can be traded and it's mega value (so much over the dollar) could be a source of pride. 

So, if there's currency, then people have to be allowed to have different wages and that's rightful as long as there aren't positions that make over a million dollars. A graduating income tax system ensures that people give on the level that they get and everyone contributes according to their "reward" from their labors. The income tax itself will likely by high compared to other developed nations but the income tax will be designed to be all encompassing so that a sales tax will not be necessary.
