Elder-Congressional System

Here's where I will (spend more time thinking about and talking about) explain the elder system where officials will be elected by the electing body democratically. I don't think there will be parties but I'm not sure if that's best. Need to think about this one.

There definitely won't be campaigning and there will be reviews in place to make sure that officials properly work. Bribes and lobbyist influence will be strictly punished by imprisonment by private review.
